CGI-BIN, Perl 5 & CGI Scripts supported!
We support Perl 5, one of the most common CGI scripting languages. You can run your Perl scripts (also often called CGI-Scripts) via CGI. These are files that end with .cgi or .pl. We have full server-side support for over 350 Perl modules. If you require a module that is not listed you can simply request it and we will install it within 48 hours. PHP 4 Scripting support!
We run one of the latest PHP4 versions. PHP has been compiled for full database connectivity support (mySQL, ODBC). Our PHP4 installation includes over 20 additional modules enabling the whole functionality of this famous all-purpose web programming language!


FrontPage & DreamWeaver
Both Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia DreamWeaver, as well as any other HTML compatible website editors are fully supported by our hosting plans, which means that you can host webpages designed with these programs on our servers without a problem. We support all versions of Microsoft FrontPage up to FrontPage 2003, as well as all versions of DreamWeaver up to DreamWeaver MX. You can also use any other HTML compatible program to create your web pages and then host them on our servers!


Real, MP3, Quicktime and Media Play STREAMING:
All Linux and Windows hosting plans come with full support for streaming recorded audio or video via HTTP in the Real, Apple Quicktime, MP3 or Windows Media Player (ASF) format. Your visitors will be able to enjoy your multimedia recordings while they're being downloaded. No more waiting for files to be completely downloaded before you can listen to them.


Macromedia Flash & ShockWave:
We fully support MacroMedia Flash and MacroMedia ShockWave multimedia features for your website. You can host Flash and Shockwave movies or enhance your site's design. If you want, you can even design your whole website in Flash - it will run perfectly!


MySQL Database Hosting:
MySQL is the world's most popular open source database, designed for speed, power and precision in light use. MySQL database(s) are included with certain Linux and Windows hosting plans!



PostgreSQL Database Hosting:
PostgreSQL was designed for speed, power and precision in mission critical, heavy load use. It supports advanced features that MySQL cannot compete with, while maintaining a high-speed performance. Due to it's more sophisticated architecture, it is only recommended for more advanced users. PostgreSQL database(s) are included with only custom Linux and Windows hosting plans!


Webalizer and ModLogan statistics:
We offer complete server log file analysis via Webalizer and ModLogan. These programs produce highly detailed, easily configurable usage reports in HTML format for viewing with a standard web browser.


WAP - Wireless Application Protocol:
You will not only be able to service HTTP (web content via www.yourdomain.com) and FTP content via a FTP account under your domain name, you can also host web pages that are accessible via the Wireless Application Protocol. Such web pages can be read by cell phones. Many popular websites make use of this option already - and now you can have it with your own website! Host your own WAP-website under your regular website!

Active Server Pages:
ASP is fully supported by all Windows hosting plans. With ASP, you can write truly dynamic or database-driven web pages! Query your MS SQL, ODBC or MS Access databases from your Windows hosting account. ASP employs a scripting environment with VBScript being the default scripting language.
Please note: ASP is not available for any Linux hosting plans. It is available for all Windows hosting plans.


Cold Fusion:
ColdFusion has been developed to be a simple to use yet powerful alternative to Perl and other CGI technologies. Cold Fusions' "Cold Fusion Markup Language" (CFML) makes web programming easy for new developers. With 70+ CFML tags and over 200 custom functions practically any web application can be built quickly. Tools like the server side includes "<CFINCLUDE>" help speeding up the development and improve the readability of any web site.


SQL Server 2000:
SQL Server 2000 provides the enterprise data management platform your organization needs to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment. The MS SQL Server exceeds dependability requirements and provides innovative capabilities that increase employee effectiveness, integrate heterogeneous IT ecosystems, and maximize capital and operating budgets. Some of our hosting plans include MS SQL database(s) as an option.
